"Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

"Under renovation in north tower first night we were on floor 15 not renovated yet, tv did not work in 1st bedroom neither did phone or bathroom door lock, went to front desk they were helpful and sent someone up to check tv for kids, person could not fix it first night so kids went with out. Tv got fixed next day but then with construction going it seemed like they cut the cable both tvs went out. "somewhat clean room, decent view of the casino and buffalo. Hotel is connected to the casino (hilton is as well) which for me, makes it the easy choice of local hotels if you plan on gambling. The tube connecting to the casino also connects to the casino parking garage, which was nice as well. This hotels self parking is accross an (often) busy street so I would recommend using the casino parking garage if you plan to gamble.
