"This was our first time using VRBO. Our room was changed three times. Our original unit was doubled booked the second unit they gave us was not cleaned and the third unit the toilet was plugged. finally we were given another unit which was dirty and no amenities as described in listing. There was one roll of toilet paper, no paper towel one coffee cup, and no creamers, no hair dryer, no Xtra towels. We had to wash our own towels and the dryers did not work that well. "While we found outside of property lovely and well groomed (although the amenities said there was a balcony and it was a one story building), the inside was not as expected. First of all, I had looked carefully at the rooms to see what had the highest rating. I chose #14, but the day of our arrival we were assigned to #6. This was never communicated with us. That room was disappointing. The mattress/ bed was weak and folded a bit in the middle like a taco causing me to roll into my husband. So...

"Joshua was so helpful and accommodating to our family for our stay. There are not many options other than hotels for the west mobile area so we were happy to find this one. The property was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood it is in felt safe and it was a great central location for us, though it is an older neighborhood with lower priced homes. Overall would give 5 stars for the actual home and owner. "
