At the end of a day filled with exploration or beachside fun, retreat to the comfortable bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub that doubles as a walk-in shower, offering a soothing space to refresh. The second bedroom offers two single beds and breathtaking views through its floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The main bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and ample vanity space.

For added convenience, there's a laundry area with a washer and dryer, central AC for comfort, and parking for one car. As a guest, you'll also enjoy access to Hilton Tower's resort-style amenities, including pools, a gym, and relaxing sauna facilities.

Our property is situated in the bustling heart of Surfers Paradise, offering easy access to the iconic Surfers Paradise Beach, which is renowned for its golden sands and vibrant surf culture. This prime location ensures that residents and visitors can enjoy the beach lifestyle with swimming, sunbathing, and surfing just a short walk away.

The area surrounding us is rich with dining and entertainment options. A variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars are located within walking distance, providing diverse culinary experiences and vibrant nightlife.

Essential services and convenient shopping are easily accessible, with a Coles supermarket located in the Chevron Renaissance complex, open from 7 AM to 10 PM. The neighborhood is also well-connected by public transport, with the G
light rail system providing efficient access to key destinations across the Gold Coast, including Broadbeach and Southport.

This apartment is within walking distance to all your needs in Surfers Paradise. However, if you wish to explore beyond, the light rail station is conveniently located nearby.

Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you'll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late checking out will be charged the total base rate for the night, without entitlement to stay longer. Any costs incurred by the host due to late check-out will be passed on to the guest.

Failure to return the keys to the correct lockbox within 30 minutes after check-out will result in a $50 fee. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge to the guest.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
