"The location was walkable to all the shops and Cliff Walk, but far enough away where we didn’t have to deal with the traffic and congestion. Staff were nice and accommodating. They helped to make our first time in Newport enjoyable and would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area."

"Just book it . I recently stayed here in March so a little off season but it was still a perfect weekend . Location mint . Parking in the back . I can only imagine what it's like in the summer , will be returning with the kids . Thank you for a great stay "

"The location of this property was fantastic! Walking distance to downtown Newport and all its great shops and restaurants and the beautiful harbor. The property was clean and very spacious. We had four of us staying at the property and there was plenty of room for all of us. Because of the proximity to downtown (the property is on the main town street), it was unfortunately a bit loud at night. You can definitely hear cars driving past and pedestrians on the street. "Let’s start with Danielle; an amazing host and communicator. Worked with us on arrival and departure times, met us at property to run us through everything. She was fantastic! The pictures do not do this property justice; it’s an amazing House Boat in a stunning location. Spotless, comfortable, and outfitted with everything you would need. It’s was an unbelievable experience with a fanatics owner and I highly recommend it! "
