"Brand new hotel in a convenient location - easy walking distance to the station and the cathedral. Parking arrangements in the nearby Forum multi-storey worked well. Staff especially helpful while getting used to the new facility themselves. Quality of food excellent both at breakfast and for all-day dining in the ground floor open plan restaurant. Prices above average but value for money in terms of quality. We came here for the Three Choirs Festival and were pleased to find a good quality...

"The room was ok, but very hot ane stuffy. There was a fan, but it didn't work very well at all. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, the walls dirty with scuff marks."
