"The property is very clean. Our only draw back was the water for the vanity sink faucet was very slow to come out and we had one lamp that would not light. But over all the property has a great location, the staff was attentive, and parking is ample. Bonus is the film shows at the adjacent Frank’s Restaurant. Great history behind this mid century motel!"

"Great staff - especially housekeeping. Nice sized rooms and easy access to all things Burbank."

"The stay would have been more enjoyable if the staff member didn’t make us uncomfortable"

"Shout out to Saylor who was so kind and helpful when we got in super late! She was helpful and efficient in getting us checked in and helped out. The one thing we didn’t like is that when our room got cleaned up they didn’t take trash out which we had a lot of. Other than amazing place!"

"Overall, I was not happy with the property. It was not clean, especially the bathroom. Hot water was not coming out properly"

"Upon checking in, we were charged two separate $100 deposits, totaling $200. The receptionist explained that their system was not showing the initial deposit, which resulted in us being charged a second time. Although the duplicate $100 deposit was eventually refunded, the situation caused considerable inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and a significant loss of time while we waited for the funds to become available again. This was particularly frustrating because we were depending on that...

"I really like the location, very close to everything. The Motel was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, but outdated. Very quiet, and quant. Would definitely stay there again, and tell family and friends."

"The Garland is our go to hotel every time we stay in Los Angeles. Best hotel."

"It was great"

"Very happy with the newness of the hotel. Very clean. Loved the breakfast. And coffee 24/7."
