"We came for a concert at White Oak Music Hall. This hotel was very convenient walk to the venue. There were two bars with food trucks also close by. We wound up at H-town brewing which was great. The hotel room was very clean and had everything you need. It is located right next to the highway, so there is road noise. Earplugs worked to block out most of it. "My state did not start out good. I called to the hotel the day that I was supposed to check in due to I was charged for the day and the person that answered the phone. I guess she was the manager and she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say and hung up on me and was rude. Also, when it came to the breakfast, the breakfast tater tots were hard and cold and there was no options for low-calorie. The bananas were too ripe. You need to get a new manager also she’s very unprofessional. "

"We stay here regularly for my trips to the medical center, the rooms are always clean, the staff kind, and they send a free hot breakfast. The shuttle service is definitely understaffed so that is the biggest downfall, if you have to go back & forth often I would stay at the Rotary House instead (but you’ll have to sacrifice some awesome amenities)."

"When I checked in, my room wasn’t clean. It still had stuff from the previous guests in it. I went back down and informed the front desk. They quickly changed and upgraded my room. The stay was quiet and rooms were very nice! I will be back. "
