"Absolutely fabulous hotel in a central location. We were offered and paid for an upgrade on arrival, which allowed us to access the executive lounge, which meant we had free hot and soft drinks and snacks for the whole stay. "We had a super room on the top floor, it was clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The lifts were fast and efficient. The coffee machine was great, the fridge was very handy. We stayed for 2 nights, took advantage of the 9am early check in which was convenient after arriving on the Caledonian Sleeper from London. "We were upgraded to a duplex room which was lovely, amazing views over the city. The smashed window did not look very nice although did not spoil our stay. Staff are all very friendly particularly the reception staff, a credit to the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!"

"Had the dreamiest stay at my favourite hotel. I just got married last week and myself and my husband came here for a chilled night. Margarita the angel on reception was so kind and managed to upgrade our garden view suite to the executive due to the celebration.
