"Overall very nice. Only shortcomings (for me) were that they only had Pepsi products at bar - rum and coke is not the same as rum and pepsi. Pillows were a little hard and HVAC had a bit of a rumble at certain fan speeds. Breakfast was fine (our was complimentary - I would not pay $32 for it). Shuttle to airport was fine, but seemed a bit expensive for a 5 minute ride. Kind a cool funky vibe to the place"

"I have stayed here twice and I am planning to stay again soon. It is extremely convenient to the Sydney International Airport - 7 minute drive. There is parking on site and the continental breakfast included is excellent. There is also a ‘hot’ breakfast option for $15! I stayed in a ground level room which was spacious, near, clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was quiet and effective. "The room was amazing and was super clean when I first arrived. It did take a couple days of having my room cleaning sign outside my door for the staff to clean it but it wasn’t too big of a deal as I was only one person. The communal kitchen was not too useful as all of the plates, bowls and cutlery were used. The building was overall very clean. The laundry room and roof were nicely maintained and the pac man machine was a great inclusion in the laundry room. I had a lovely stay!"

"The room was not well-maintained. There was shaving cream on the wall in the toilet, and the carpets were not vacuumed properly. Additionally, the coffee machine was broken, with one of the coffee pods having a broken seal, and the hotel phone couldn’t make outgoing calls.

"Booked a queen room with breakfast through Expedia for $160. Check-in at 10.45 pm was polite and quick.
The first room (335) wasn't what was ordered — a double bed and a single instead of a queen. It also had road noise, an aircon making gurgling sounds, a tiny footprint and a musty bathroom. I called reception after 11pm and was told someone would come up "in a while." When no one did, I went down — the guy who'd answered was making himself a coffee, and the "manager" he'd mentioned was...
