"That place is horrible the day i came there the maid told me the door has no key and she said if I'm going somewhere just leave the door unlock and bring my important stuff like really? The place is so dirty smells horrible the ac was dripping water inside there's water all over on the floor bathroom is nasty the firts night stayed there is horrible and i feel unsafe. So ended of staying into a different place. What a waste of money..their advertisement is not true that place is horrible."

"Knowing the room is facing the sun and oceanfront they might considering putting an AC because it is super hot, it’s like you’re in an oven. Good for people who wakes up at 5am and leave. "

"There is NO airport shuttle at this resort. You're on your own getting there from Dumaguete. Fortunately, it is only a two minute walk from the fast craft port to the hotel. Also, they do not accept credit cards at this hotel. Cash only. Important to know, as there are not many restaurants nearby, other than the one on the property. Enjoyed the stay and open air dining. Nice staff. There is even a scooter rental place nearby."

"They served a great breakfast. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms and hallways were meticulous and decorated nicely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the best hotel experience in Dumaguete. It was also on a quiet street really close to the airport."

"Really loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating! The location was sweet 🙂. Near the main street and easy to find and access. The room we got was meh. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool. The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot. We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should...

"They didn’t have daily house cleaning but it was very nice. We could have asked for it and I am sure they would’ve done it but since we only stayed a couple of nights there was no need. The breakfast was good they had a continental breakfast, a Filipino breakfast and an American breakfast all good for the price we paid. When the room we paid for aircon didn’t work they went above and beyond to make it right for us. Very happy for our 2 stays with them and probably will be staying again soon!!"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good location. In the middle of all the must try activities — Kawasan Canyoneering, sardine run & turtle encounter, and whale shark encounter. It was hassle free as the property arranged everything for our group. "
