"Just an overnight stay. On our way back home from northern New York. The place was nice. It is peaceful sitting on the deck. The check in process was a little tedious with various emails and downloads required. The Backstep is a little sketchy. Be careful walking in. Overall the place was nice"

"We are really dissatisfied with our stay at this house. While we did receive timely responses, the actual concerns were never addressed like the bathroom mats, trash bags. The dishwasher has been leaking. There were no bathroom mats and trash bags (broken trash can) provided. Despite reporting these issues on the first day, no one came to fix or check on them throughout our stay. We also experienced a hot water problem, which remained unresolved. "The pictures on the listing were not accurate in representing the state of the current state of the house. The fence in the back is wire with stakes and not a fence. One of the main reasons we selected the cabin and the deck was a mess. The place was clean except there was an old pair of previous visitors' underpants on the sofa. The neighborhood dogs got out of their fence and aggressively chased us down 3 times, and other dogs down the road would chase our car. The next-door neighbors' trash...

"Excellent stay at the cabin! My son and I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. Just one small suggestion — it may be helpful to provide a rake or some type of platform/tool to make brass pickup a little easier. Overall, we had a great time."
