"The staff were so lovely, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was our favourite from the 4 different hotels we stayed in. The bed was huge and comfortable. We only stayed the one night as we flew out the next day and it's very close to the airport, but we will stay longer next time. "

"The staff is extremely attentive and personalize your experience daily. The resort is great for kids. The kids room is wonderful. There are so many kids on the property that your children can make friends and the staff play sports with them. They have activities and kids parties near the pool in the evenings. Recommend with children! Having the children entertained makes the parents vacation stellar as well."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night before an early flight, and overall, it was a good choice as an airport hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which was our main priority. The room was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. One major downside was that the hotel shuttle only operates after 12 PM, something we weren’t informed about when booking. Since the main reason we chose this hotel was the advertised airport...

"Excellent hotel. I stayed multiple places during my 14 day trip but this was by far the best hotel. Perfect location. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. My family and I were here from the states and the next time we come to Bali we will be staying here again. Don’t wait book now!!"

"I checked in after midnight. It was a little difficult to find but the good news was that there was someone at the front desk to check me in. I got lucky and was the only one in the female dormitory. Clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good and it was included!"

"The most fantastic stay in Kuta. A great location to two shopping malls walking distance. Restaurants and the beach not far away from the hotel. The room was huge and the balcony was a great bonus. Pool was large and easy access from the room. The staff talked everyday to me with big friendly smiles. The buffet breakfast was delicious, fruits, bacon, omelette, fresh bread etc. Will definitely be staying again next year. Thank you."
