"management office is difficult to find for tourists who rent cars"

"A beautiful restored shophouse. Very welcoming staff and very clean common areas. The rooms can get a bit warm in the afternoon as part of the roof is covered in zinc and conducts heat directly into the room. Bed is located in the attic which can be a slight inconvenience but it adds to the overall charm of the place. Toilets are small and poky but still good enough for me. For the price, I would still recommend this place for those seeking something out of the ordinary. "

" I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security ."

"The room was super warm and humid. The windows couldn't shut fully and had incects coming in. The opposite of the property have chickens and dogs that will make noise super early in the morning. There were some lion dance practices till late at night. The room have no poles/hooks to hang stuff. Only have a small row of hooks behind the door. The property wall had tissue paper stuffed in it and multiple defects on the wall. The property has very noisy flooring, I can hear everyone walking...

"Wir waren im Januar 2024 6 Tage in dieser Unterkunft im Zimmer 809 Das Hotel (gleicht eher einer Zimmervermietung) befindet sich im 2. Sock. Einen Hinweis ist weder unten am Eingang, noch im Lift zu finden. Im Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer gut geschlafen. Weil es am Fenster keinen Tagvorhang gibt, kann jeder, der zur oder von der Lobby kommt ungehindert in das Zimmer schauen. Ein Nachtvorhang ist vorhanden. Zimmer und Bad sind in Ordnung. "Beautiful hotel in an old restored house. 10 min walking from Komtar. Good wifi. It is important to know that bathrooms are outside the room. Every room has its own bathroom buy you have to walk outside the room to reach it. They tried to give me a room just beside the reception( 2 single beds)though I booked a queen bedroom.After waiting for 40 min and after several calls they decided to upgrade. Anyway that room shouldn't be offered."

"Was deffo a budget place- basic box room with two beds, was comfy enough for a short stay. Air con worked well. Bathroom small but effective. Overall a perfect place to be used just for sleeping rather than if you're looking for somewhere luxury. Staff were absolutely lovely and friendly, as well as very accomodating and helpful."

"Edificio nuevo y tiene parking robotizado. Suite bien distribuida, con camas cómodas, limpia, mucha luz natural y vistas a la Torre Komar y la ciudad. No dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero hay una cafetería y 7eleven al lado. También hay 3 centros comerciales solo cruzar la calle. La ubicación es buena, está cerca del centro histórico. El único inconveniente es tener que atravesar 2 avenidas para llegar al centro."
