WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US

The apartment is located on Level 2 of the G1 Apartments in Geelong Central. You can enter the basement car park to unload your belongings and take them up the lift to the apartment. The apartment opens into the kitchen, dining, and living area, with light filtering in from the balcony.
The Kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, crockery, dinnerware, and quality appliances such as the dishwasher, gas stove, oven and microwave.
Flowing from the large island bench is a sleek marble dining table with four green velvet chairs. The Lounge room has two cosy two-seater couches and a Smart TV connected to Free Wi-Fi so you can stream all the movies and shows you wish. A split-system air conditioner keeps the open area comfortable.
Stepping through the thick glass sliding door and onto the balcony, relax on the two lounge chairs and enjoy a glass of wine while you look out to the clear sky.
Stepping back inside, you have the Master bedroom with an Ensuite. The bedroom itself contains a Queen bed fitted with plush linen and bath towels, a bedside table with a lamp, and a built-in robe. The Long ensuite entails a vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, and mirror that spans the length of the room.
Continuing down the side of the apartment, you enter the second bedroom which also includes a Queen bed, a bedside table with a lamp, and a built-in robe. At the front of the apartment sits the main bathroom, with the same makings of the ensuite plus a hidden European Laundry that comes with a washing machine and a dryer. You can also find an iron, ironing board and vacuum in the hallway cupboard.

THE AREA

The property is located on Bellerine Street, in the heart of Geelong CBD.
Delicious restaurants and entertainment venues are at your fingertips. Only a 5-to-10-minute walk away will have you at Recess Bar, El Tor Pizza & Pasta, and Nectar Kitchen on the corner of Myer & Moorabool St. On Ryrie St, you can find Village Cinemas, followed by quality restaurants including Emerge, Kosaten, ALMA and many more of our favourites on Little Malop Street.
A 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Eastern Beach and Geelong Botanic Gardens, where you can take in the sea breeze, play in the park or have a dip in the bay.
A 20-minute walk to Geelong Art Centre, Gallery, National Wool Museum, Geelong Library and Heritage Centre also known as ‘the Dome’, where you can take in the history and talent of Geelong.
And a 5-minute walk to the University Hospital Geelong, for those visiting loved ones, working and studying at Barwon Health.

GETTING AROUND
Centrally located in Geelong CBD, there is ample public transport, including buses along McKillop Street, a 3-minute walk away where you can catch many routes that go through Geelong Train Station. Taxis and Ubers are also readily available in the area.

Guest Access

A set of keys will be placed in a key safe off-site, a 7-minute walk away from the property. The set will include all the keys and remotes you need. So that you can head straight into the car park or front entry, up the lift and into the apartment after the time of check-in. There is no need to meet anyone for the key handover.

Having the key safe located a long distance from the property is not ideal, 2 streets is ridiculous. Access into the ‘portal’ is often difficult to get any information. There is no information inside the apartment about wi fi, I needed to ring regional escapes. Some of the keys on the bunch appeared to be obsolete and having to carry them around all the time, takes up a lot of room. The beds were quite hard and only had a doona and no sheet (it was quite hot), the pillows were one hard and one very flat one. The sliding door from the main bedroom into the en-suite was off it’s track on the bottom and if it was shut fully one got stuck in the en suite. The login process should be done earlier than several hours before maybe as soon as the money comes out of the account. I would never book here or via this company again. Why do they need to keep sending a code why can’t we just have a password? Glenys Zerbst

We had a great time staying here. Great location, very bright and clean. Loved having a full kitchen plus the washer and dryer for laundry during our two-week stay and having a dedicated parking spot in the garage was fantastic. There is also a great bar & restaurant a quick 5 min walk away.
