Luxury villa at 15 minutes driving from the seaside

Villa Moscato is a country house located in Gavorrano, one of the most beautiful and fascinating places in Maremma, from which you can easily reach Grosseto, Follonica, Siena, and Florence.
Maremma is a charming area, rich in history, art, culture, nature, and gastronomic delights; it can be visited all year round, with each season offering new and different opportunities to explore the area.
The villa is surrounded by a large park, well-kept and filled with shady trees, flower beds, and Mediterranean plants.
Indipendent villa with 14+1 sleeps including a main building and an annex.
The main building is on two floors. The ground floor includes a TV room, a large living room with a fireplace, a computer and fax office, a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a storage room. The first floor includes the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms each with bathroom and wardrobe, two double rooms with private bathroom, a bedroom with king-size bed and a twin bedroom that share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The annex consists of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a single sofa bed and kitchenette.
There is also a small house near the pool, consisting of a bathroom with toilet and sink and a shower with turkish bath.

• Cook service, per meal, as follows - meals have to be ordered at least 24 hours in advance:
o Dinner €200 fee for 3-course dinner (7:00-9:00 pm) – cost of food and wine extra. (for
Sundays dinner there will be a supplement 50€)
o Lunch €160 fee for lunch (12:30-2:30pm) – cost of food and wine extra. (for Sundays
lunch there will be a supplement 50€)
• Personal laundry & ironing service: €17 per hour (20 euro Sunday or evening)
• Babysitting service, upon availability: €19 per hour/babysitter (up to 3 children/ per babysitter)
(27 euro Sunday or evening)
• Late check-in charges: €50 for arrivals until 10pm; € 100 for arrivals after 10pm

• Swimming pool open from May to October
• Security deposit: €3,000 to be held at the agency by CC guarantee.
• Check-in: between 4:00 pm –7:00pm - Check-out: before/by 10:00 am
• Pets accepted at owner’s discretion
