"Heerlijke tijd gehad, prachtig gelegen huis met fanatastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat bed- en badlinnen zelf verzorgd moet worden. WiFi werkt nauwelijks, evenals Tv. Verdere kleinere problemen werden door zeer goed contact met de eigenaar zo snel mogelijk verholpen. Persoonlijk hadden wij een airco op de slaapkamer lekker gevonden, het bleef boven heel warm. Maar een echte aanrader!"

Das kleine Dorf Campligia Marittima ist super süß und man zu Fuß mehrere Lokale erreichen. Besser vorher einen Tisch reservieren. Für Familien mit Hunden ist der Dog Beach sehr empfehlenswert! "You have all the amenities of a large, historic villa - and also the real farmland all around you. Sheep, horses, dogs - beautiful, and not in your personal space (unless you want them to be!). Pasqualina and her son Francesco are perfect hosts. Incredibly responsive, even with a language barrier. If I return to Tuscany I would want to stay here again. Thank you so much."

"This place is beautiful! Everyone was so kind to us and attentive. We were able to have majority of our family stay with us. Plenty of space/rooms so that was a reason why we decided to book. I am so glad we decided to have our wedding there. The panoramic view is INSANE. It was all truly a dream come true. I am so thankful for everyone at the villa."

"Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci."

"We were a big group of family and friends and really enjoyed our stay at Clementes property. There is a lot of space and Clemente was helpful and took care of our special requests. The view from the pool is spectacular. For my birthday the Nonna's from the village cooked dinner for as. They were so lovely and the food was very tasty. We had the best time."

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto."

"Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf op deze prachtige locatie en gastvrijheid. Gina en Franco zijn tophosts. Omgeving is Toscane zoals je het je voorstelt. De tuin met zwembad is fantastisch en het huis is fijn. Huiskamer zou evt wat sfeervoller en praktischer kunnen worden ingericht."

"Well, have been in that little “House on the Prayer” was the most Wonderful experience I have ever had. Love nature and being around and in the middle of It and the landscape and just for me for 12 nights, I made that home like it was mine. Simonetta was incredible with me, I got little sink and she came to check how I was doing. She was awesome. I felt like I was at my own home. The hose is lovely. Molto grazie Simonetta Io ame la tua casa. Hai una bella casa, ho vissuto il mio sogno e mi sono sentita anche a casa. Grazie di tutto. Ciao"
