"My husband, pup and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cozy Oceanview Hideaway #1! The house was beautiful, well appointed and in a great location. The house was very dog friendly with doggie dishes, towels and a blanket. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the front deck every evening. Kira was a terrific host and provided clear and timely communication. We definitely want to return!"

"We really enjoyed the house — it had a beautiful view, an excellent BBQ, a cozy night by the outdoor fire, and the jacuzzi was amazing! We brought our dog and he was so happy. We even did our baby’s gender reveal there, and it was incredible. "We really enjoyed our stay at this mountain hill home. So clean and comfortable. It was equipped with the necessary high speed wi-fy as well as 2 smart tvs. We did have a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by the owner and property manager as communication with them was excellent. The mountain and valley views from the front porch was magnificent. This was our second stay at this home and will definitely request it again in the future trips!"

"Overall the home was in good condition. A few items were missing or didn’t work in the kitchen. ( can opener, cork screw, etc) WiFi and television were excellent. Communication needs work. ( I had to contact host prior to check in and there was no check out instructions) The location has beautiful areas to visit locally, however nearby parks are difficult to drive to due to bumpy mountain roads. "

"This is the real deal. Comfortable, spacious, and clean with some of the most incredible ocean and sunset views you could ask for. The hot tub was clean, the pool table level, and the kitchen well equipped. Sea lions, whale spouts, and pelicans just outside. Plus the shelter cove community has all kind of fun little adventures to keep you entertained. Hard to imagine a nicer place to spend a long weekend."

"This was an outstanding rental with amazing views. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. A wonderful experience! One suggestion: since this is a self check-in, it would be helpful to get the entrance code earlier than an hour before the check-in time in case of an issue with phone service. "
