"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. "Escogimos este hotel por la cercania al aeropuerto, cuenta con shuffle de costo (3 libras por persona) o taxi muy economico (6 libras). El hotel esta super bonito y limpio. Servicio excelente y las habitaciones nada ruidosas asi que se duerme delicioso. Esta nuevecito!! Por lo que recomiendo no confundirse con el hotel del mismo nombre que se encuentra enseguida."

"The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place. "
