"The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!"

"Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

"Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. "Booked this hotel on expedia and we booked 2 quads room. Check in was easy on the kiosk but as we wanted the rooms to be close to each other, we have to queue up at the check in counter to get that settled, then we have to do another step to queue and the kiosk to check in and get the keys, the kiosks are super slow but convenient. This is an extremely busy hotel with lots of families as you can see in the lobby. There is no restaurant but there are vending machines selling drinks and snacks,...
