"Great spot with full kitchen in room "

"The night that we checked in the front desk was questioning what I wanted to book. After explaining that is what we want she still tried to question it. The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box. I finally left a note with my room keys on the desk explaining that I could not...

Individual heating units did not maintain a steady temperature. Likely was built in the early 1980s. The toilet and shower was claustrophobic. The sink was in the main room by the bathroom. "

There is not way this facility had accumulated an 8.2 rating like the site indicated. I had been a frequent flyer...

"The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. The free continental breakfast was ok at best but again it was free so can't complain too much about it."

"Some Lights in the room didn't work, one elevator hasn't worked for a long time evidently. Not enough luggage carriers. Staff ok"
