"pet hair all over the room, bathroom door was stuck at half open, elevator broken, stairs smell like vomit, no soap in the bathroom, towels smell like old, no blankets and pillows provided for the sofa bed. in total i would never recommend or come again."

"The bad thing about my stay was your cable.T v system is absolutely horrible for this day and age.There is so much available.We couldn't even get the chicago affiliate or the national a.B.C.Station very disappointing.The way your cable was set up in the room.You couldn't tell what was on what channels until you go through each of them.One by one, it really needs an upgrade.And also, whoever designed the bathroom, it is absolutely microscopic.You could barely get changed in there. "The room was not very clean and small. Hotel was noisy and it was hard to park because there were trucks parking everywhere in their parking lot. What was the weirdest that I booked for 2 nights, but after my first night, housekeeping threw away my toothbrushes, toothpaste, and the water I had in the fridge. They thought I had checked out even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door knob. For the price that they charged, I would have found a much better place."
