Wedding

I booked this ABnB for my officiant and his family. He, his wife and their 3 kids (14yo son and 12yo twins). Walking up to the unit… the hallway looks a bit rough… but the inside was immaculate. And GREAT for kids. They have an arcade console that kept the kids entertained and occupied. The location was AMAZING. Close walking distance to downtown as well as several trails… and with it being well off the downtown strip it was QUIET!!! Surprise moose visitor one day kept people both inside and outside of the building… she was just grazing on the landscaping stairs. 10/10 stay.

Weekend getaway

This condo was amazing. Beautiful views from every window, clean and spacious. The other reviews are right about stairs. There are almost 2 staircases outside to get from the parking area to the front door, then the unit is essentially on the third floor. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place but more communication

This is on the 3rd floor of a building with three flights of stairs to get up to the building, then three flights up stairwell to get to condo. Description says “contains stairs”. Could have been more transparent.Asked to drop off gear an hour early to make room for daughter in car and didn’t respond.

Cozy and walking distance to town

Wonderful home with a great cozy feel that makes you feel very welcome. This three bedroom though not big feels very spacious for the number of people it can hold. You can tell the owners care about there home and guest and when I had to contact the owner/property management I got fast responces.

Great location in heart of Summit County

The location was our stay for a four-day ski vacation with friends and family. Great living room area for relaxing after a busy day. A short drive to multiple Summit County ski resorts.

Beautiful Condo Nestled in the Treetops

We loved spending Christmas here! First, the pros: Fireplace, comfy, updated, lots of sheets and towels, very close to town, beautiful views in the pine trees, comfy blankets and bedding, fun toy blocks for the kids. Areas for improvement: Not very well stocked (no matches or working lighter for the fireplace, no larger pots/pans, no dish sponges, no extra toilet paper or paper towels (we bought paper towels and left them there). No working dishwasher, which was only randomly communicated to us by the cleaning lady who happened to be there when we arrived. Also, a dishwasher repair person came unannounced while we were there. We were told (in writing) that we could check in at 2pm, but when we arrived, the condo was still being cleaned and someone was attempting (unsuccessfully) to fix the dishwasher, which I think had been broken for over a month. A better stocked condo, working appliances, and some more clear communication would have been nice. Just like the listing says, there are A LOT of stairs to get to the condo. We managed fine, but don't dismiss this info. Also, the washer/dryer is in a bedroom closet, which isn't a big deal, but might be something you'd want to know. There is no longer a full-size crib in the kids' room, but there is a Pack n' Play (which worked out better for us, actually). Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. We'd just bring extra TP and supplies!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pictures are accurate. It was very clean when we arrived.

The kitchen has plenty of supplies to do just about anything. The rooms are all decent size and the linens were clean and fresh. The beds are comfy and there is so much light from windows on every side of the condo. We could walk anywhere in Frisco from exploring trails to dining downtown it was an amazing place to stay I would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Spot in Frisco CO

The pictures are accurate! Adorable condo at the top of MANY stairs.(3rd floor) The hallway up is old but the condo is new. Loved the waking distance to Main Street Frisco for shopping, food and ice cream! Rainbow Lake Trail is just around the corner. Nights are cool so no air like most condos in the area. One fan is available. You may want to bring more. Our family had a great time!

Two week stay during covid

Overall we had a good experience. We booked late due to covid and there weren't many options with 3 bedrooms in Frisco. The price and location are both fantastic. It was also really nice to have a crib and not just a pack and play. A few things that were challenges for us specifically because we have small children that others should be aware of: 1. The condo is up 4 flights of stairs from the parking area (2 outside to get to the condo entrance and two inside to get to the condo). We knew there were stairs but it looked like two flights based on the pictures. Not a deal breaker but something that people with children should be aware of. 2. The floors were very dirty -not just dust but also trash under dressers and beds and the rug in the living room was so dirty we folded it up and put it on the corner. We cleaned the floors in the areas that our children woukd be playing in. Normally this wouldn't bother me too much based on the price but since they said they did extra covid cleaning it felt a bit false and I was concerned that other things might not have been cleaned very well so I did a lot of extra cleaning when I arrived. 3. It just has a shower, no bathtub. They didn't misrepresent this but I didn't look at the pictures closely enough. My husband realized it the night before we left so we brought our own infant tub. Overall I would recommend this place based on the price - as long as you are comfortable with those things. There are workarounds for each and this price for a 3 bedroom was very good.

Wonderful place for families

Modern, equipped and clean condo for families! With two kids we had absolutely everything we need for a comfortable stay in Frisco. Will definitely try to book again if need to stay again in the area.

Property was just as stated and the pics were accurate. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Each guest commented on how the beds were comfortable and felt like home.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing weekend in Frisco! The rental property was very clean appeared to be freshly renovated. The renovation is very well done with high end materials. Check in etc was a breeze. A great place to stay when you're craving some adventure!

Great Condo/ Disappointed

We were very excited to spend some quality family time in Frisco and loved the location but were very disappointed with our stay. First, we had to go purchase a hair dryer [which was listed as an amenity so we did not pack one] then we discovered that we did not have a pot for the coffee maker. The shower door would not stay closed but the biggest factor was that we did not have hot water our entire stay. Cold showers after a day of skiing was not what we would expect for the amount we spent to stay there. They did try to fix the hot water issue the last day of our stay but it was barely warm to say the least. The explanation we received was that there is only one hot water heater for the entire building so we needed to wait 20 minutes and try again. At no time could we get hot water. We travel frequently and have never had a stay where we were so inconvenienced without some type of offer for reduced rate or refund.
