"Our room keys were deactivated at 825am when we returned to our room after having breakfast, so we had to return to front desk to reactivate. Staff barely aknowledged me as she was on phone. Did not seem to care."

"I was very disappointed that the room did not have a microwave oven. The sink in the lav was too low also,and when I took a shower the water went from boiling hot to freezing cold without my help…..worst shower I’ve had in a hotel. Room 300 needs work!"

"There is a loud nightclub on the top floor. The music is loud and can be heard in the rooms. It goes until 2am."

There is ample parking available, and it’s a convenient 5-minute drive to the metro station. I appreciated that room cleaning was provided daily. "Wonderful property! We stayed here while visiting DC and the surrounding areas. It was close to everything (minus traffic lol) and was a great stay. The staff was so nice and helpful, the beds and pillows were actually comfortable (and I’m picky), and everything was in good condition and kept clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just a PS: you do have to pay extra for parking. We didn’t mind, because we were aware that this was the case EVERYWHERE in this area, but just be aware it isn’t...
