"Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

"Hotel was recently renamed - I believe that new name is just Hilton at 1 Washington Circle. Our room was clean and well furnished. We have enjoyed spacious bathroom. There was also capsule espresso/coffee machine in our room and coffee it made was decent. We would have appreciated if there would be possibility to make a hot tea as well.
Small disappointment was 'free breakfast', in our case it included only limited offer of pastries and tea or coffee. Luckily , there are other breakfast places...
