"Check in was easy. However we didnt plan on housing with roaches. After seeing roaches in the kitchen and on the eating table it was hard to get past that. The bed was terrible it squeaked every time my spouse turned over and the towels were wore out and although clean had big brown spots on them and looked dirty. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. Wont make the mistake of renting again. "

The host was very responsive to all questions and prompt with any info we needed to access the property. The property is older and obviously has wear and tear on the outside, but the inside of the apartment was beautiful and clean. "I have to be honest and say I thought the area looked a little sketchy at first getting to the property but I was pleasantly surprised as we got closer and I felt safe in the area. It was a nice, convenient drive to the George R. Brown Convention center which was our reason for visiting the area. The only thing that I would say is if you are used to sleeping in a dark room you may want to bring an eye mask as the bedroom is right by the front door and the neighbor's light was shining through...

"Area was very safe, clean and close to NRG for our weekend away. Host was very responsive to any questions I had and check-in/out was a breeze. Definitely would stay again!"

"Excellent. Everything I needed for a weeklong work trip when I was not going out to any restaurants and needed to be able to cook all my own food. The bed is not the comfiest but it was fine. WiFi connection was excellent. It was clean as well. The host is extremely responsive. "

"This is a really nice home. I would’ve given a five star however housekeeping did not clean any of the bedroom sheets. All of the sheets were dirty and we had to wash them, overall four star rental."
