"The room was good, although set up for the king bed with a sofa bed which we didn’t need. The bathroom was great and the hotel facilities good too. Buffet breakfast was average, unfortunately quite a few people coughing but this isn’t on the hotel. The only negative feedback for the hotel was the sheets and towels were stiff like sandpaper, the toilet paper and tissues similar and almost see through. The pillow for the sofa bed we didn’t use felt like a rectangular rock."

"My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I also sent messages directly to the hotel and received no response at all. Even Expedia support was unable to get a response from them, which says a lot about their level of customer service.
