"The service and staff were excellent and we had such a good night sleep ready for the rest of our road trip."

"The room we had was beautiful. New, spacious, modern & quiet. Excellent shower and separate WC. Bed extremely comfortable. Only downside was the 9th floor restaurant. Bright lights, noisy, unwelcoming. There was a group of kids yelling & screaming & jumping on lounge furniture. I complained to Maitre d' who said "nothing he could do"! Hopeless! The Novotel restaurant is much better."

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

"It was good overall. The only down fall was the food was really average at the hotel. The cost you pay for breakfast you would think the food quality will be really good. Other than that everything else was good."
