"There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...

"The room that I got had a weird smell and the door could hardly open when using the key or hardly close you had to fight with the door to close , I couldn’t ask for a room change cause it seem like it was the only double room available on the 1st floor. Breakfast is only like chocolate tea/coffee with muffins and nutritional snack bars . The is a kitchen area in the room it was well kept though and the bathroom I can say the same the water heat was prefect and the beds are hella comfy"

Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. Room was clean. Keep in mind this is an old building. Loud, heavy doors. Many areas like in to the room and shower there is a step up. Valet was very attentive. You have to park across the street if you don't use valet."

Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful."
