"This is a small house in an excellent location. Right between CSU campus and Old Town. Though small, it is very well appointed and has everything needed. Beds are very comfortable and outside spaces are nice. Would stay again."

"I loved the location and the set up of this home. The walk to town through the park cutoff is so easy and scenic. Very clean and comfy beds. Host was very easy to work with. My only comment that might be improved upon was in the downstairs TV room, the area rugs are uneven and are rumpling up and were kind of some trip hazards"
