The house was very welcoming and found it very on spot for the listing description and photos. The host was courteous and provided everything we needed but also was not intrusive on our stay and respected our privacy.

The Wi-Fi access was fine.The kitchen was minimally equipped, not enough utensils, chipped plates, no serving dishes… We had to clean this rental from top to bottom and rewash all towels and sheets before we could use any of this rental. The towels and the sheets were so dirty and smelled of body odor. There was a drawer of dirty underwear, socks and shorts. We decided to leave early, because it was so disgusting. This rental has made us rethink utilizing VRBO as a vacation option. The views on the website did not compare to the condition of the property and this property is diminishing the VRBO brand. I would rethink allowing this unit to be marketed on your website.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful space and worked perfectly for our group of 8. Justin was very responsive and helpful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Nice location great kitchen

Here for our daughters graduation with family. Location is 5 minutes from Old Town. King Sooper for groceries close by, quiet neighborhood and having secure garage parking was a bonus. Plenty of parking front and back. Kitchen well stocked and large space to hang out. Stairs to all bedrooms, so just be aware. Beds on second floor are pretty tall but super comfy. We would stay here again if we have a large group.

Clean, quiet and comfortable townhouse

This townhouse was immaculate when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it was quiet for sleeping at night. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. We walked to a nearby fitness center and also to Old Town Fort Collins. Hiking trails were only a 15-20 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again.

Family Celebration

We came to Fort Collins to spread my dads ashes. I had not been back since I graduated high school in 2004. We chose this VRBO because the closeness to old town. The house was amazing, plenty of space, a great kitchen (we love to cook), and a good vibe. Met some of the neighbors, walked to get coffe in the morning, and a great place to unwind after a long day. We plan on making this an annual gathering and will definitely stay here again!
