"My host , Rosella, was extremely nice. Before I flew to Rome, we were in constant communication in Whatsapp. She responded to every question I had. The check in time was 3pm. She knew my flight landed at noon. She told me she would let me know if the apartment was ready ahead of time. At 1:30pm, she texted me and told me it's ready for check in. "Amazing stay at Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica. The location was perfect , walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, shopping, and many restaurants. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The rooftop views were beautiful, especially at sunset. Great combination of luxury and convenience in the heart of Rome. Would definitely stay here agai"

"I would have given it 5 stars because it was a lovely hotel, but we had an incident with the lady at the front desk. We didn't have a chance to take a picture of us in front of the hotel when we arrived, so we got it the next day. Apparently the lady at the desk didn't recognize us when we sat in front of the doors to take a picture. She came to the door and basically told us that we were blocking the door.
