"Everybody was GREAT except a lady at the front desk named Rose Ann… My first night there, it was STRESSED by the staff (when we ordered food) that Uber Eats was not allowed to deliver to the guest rooms…( No worries) I was in the pool area the next day outside waiting for my food to be delivered and upon delivery (by a notification) I went to the desk and asked was there a delivery for me because Uber Eats had just delivered my order.. Rose Ann had no clue where my food was… I called the driver...

"I booked this hotel based on another review and it was spot on, good hotel for night before cruise, easy to navigate was clean. I never saw any elevators so keep that in mind!,lots of restaurants near hotel as well as one in hotel and a bar. good price too."

"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bar area was very nice, and the drinks were prepared well. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast seating, as there did not appear to be enough seating to comfortably accommodate the volume of guests during peak hours.
As an added touch to enhance the guest experience, I believe offering one complimentary drink per adult as part of the guest amenities would be a great addition."

"This place is awesome! It's clean and very comfortable. It's just like being at home, there was plenty of room and it has everything you need. The beach is just a short walk and beach access was very easy. The staff is exceptionally nice and very polite. We had an issue upon check-in and the maintenence man took care of it right away! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking.
Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice.
A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also.
Owner was cordial; however.
Nothing to do in area. "
