"I had a disappointing experience during check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, I had two reservations under my name, but Bella, the employee who assisted me, was very unprofessional from the beginning. She looked at me in an unfriendly way and insisted that I only had one reservation, which was not true. This created an uncomfortable situation for me and my family.
We had traveled from Houston and arrived late, and because of this confusion we had to wait almost an hour, close to midnight....
