"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"Die Kommunikation mit Sybille und Göran war wirklich super! Sie sind sehr reaktionsschnell und stellen einen richtig guten Gäste-Guide mit vielen Tipps zur Verfügung. Leider konnten wir unseren Urlaub nicht antreten, daher kann ich das Haus bedauerlicherweise nicht beurteilen. Aufgrund der liebenswerten Art der Beiden werden wir aber mit Sicherheit erneut buchen! "La casa está muy bien ,es muy cómoda y se agradece el aire acondicionado abajo y en una de las habitaciones(el resto tiene ventilador). El patio es superbonito, nosotros hemos tenido demasiado calor para poder aprovecharlo como hubiéramos querido, pero es una maravilla. En el pueblo no hay mucho, pero si tu plan es descubrir un sitio diferente cada día, está fenomenal."

"Einfach genial! Das Dörfchen hat ca 4 Restaurants und super schöne Strände. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Das Inserat stimmt genau so wie es ist und der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar für Fragen. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen :)"

"Property is great, we were a family of 4 and a family of 5, there was plenty of room for us.Lovely quiet location just a short walk to the town. Pool well maintained and the children really enjoyed it. The kitchen is quite small and the main through fare to the garden so not ideal for the amount of guests but other than that, it was all fabulous. Thank you. "

"A great villa in Can Picafort- we stayed with family at the villa and the place was amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t do the reality justice (the place is even better in person!). The area is not so touristy (more of a quiet and residential location) but it’s still only a few minutes walk from the local beach, a major supermarket and various restaurants. I recommend hiring a car as there’s a lot to see and do but without a car can cost a lot on logistics with taxis etc. A great host...

"En general ha sido una buena estancia, salvo algún problema con el agua corriente (hay que rellenar el pozo y requiere un poco de atención por parte del huésped por si hubiera que cambiar al pozo de reserva. La piscina poco cuidada y poca luz para moverse entre las casas de la finca (había que ir con linternas). Por lo demás magnifica distribución de las habitaciones, equipamiento y decoración y muy buenas vistas."

"Overall, we loved our stay in Arta. The house is beautiful and comfortable and fit our family of 9 well. The location is great, within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. We were able to park in a free public lot near the house. There is a lot of info provided in the welcome email including what to do if the water doesn’t work and trash pick up. Arta is a great little town! There is an amazing market in n Tuesdays. The downside of our visit, ants in the main bedroom even though there...

"Falta potencia, ya que a la hora de poner el horno eléctrico, el diferencial bajaba.. Y a modo de sugerencia, una estantería vacía en la cocheria para hacer de despensa. Lo otro perfecto 👌"

"We stayed with a family of 5, 3 adolescents. Sufficient space for everybody with 2 bathrooms. Most important; the beach and centre of Cala Ratjada is on walking distance (5-10 minutes) but the house is located in a silent neighbourhood. While the children went out, wee spent many nights sitting on the terrace, enjoying the company of a good book, cold cava, smell of flowers and sound of crickets. Next day, Cala Pedruscada (check pictures on google!), literally around the corner, is a perfect...

"Großartiger Blick vom Appt ins Meer. Um diese Zeit wenig los, Hotels und Restaurants tlw noch geschlossen. Promenade zum Meer ist wenig frequentiert (keine Autos!). Alles Notwendige fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung eie beschrieben, sehr sauber und super netter Kontakt zum Vetnieter. Wenn verfügbar buch ich das wieder"
