There is almost nothing you really need to bring here.
The kitchen if professionally equipped with all sorts of tools, plus you 'll find all basic sort of basic food, so if you check in late or do not feel rush to grocery shopping, you will find something for an afternoon tea or your day after breakfast ...
Coffee, tea, buisquits, pasta, tomato, mineral water, some wine if the previous guest has not exagerated :-) fantastic tuscan olive oil !!!
Plus all the basic ingredients So THAT if you just stay few days you do not need a complete grocery shopping salt, flower, spices, oil etc.
And if you let us know before your arrival we can Provide you even your Desired foody, I know That you can find it ready upon your arrival.

The two bathrooms has all you need for taking care of yourself.
Tooth paste, soap, shower cream, body cream, shampoo, balsam ...

I travel light! We will Shops provide you Your Home away from your home every day!

I LOVE the San Lorenzo food market. You can find there the most delicious italian and global food, so fresh and at very reasonable prices ...
forgetting about long queque horrible at malls and supermarkets :-)

The upper floor of the market Has Been renovated with many stalls selling food where you can dine lunch and dinner

Everything is at your door step you are just in the middle of the historical city center

The space is anche occasionally used as an art gallery, I know you will be surronded by incredible work!

Firenze-molte bella, artist loft

Our family of 4: 2 adults and 2 teens LOVED living in this most beautifully decorated artist loft. You can see all the care and attention that went into this space. We especially enjoyed Paola's own pottery line that is spectacularly displayed to perfection. I wished that it was available for purchase stateside. She treated us to a private viewing of her special pieces.. Pictures do not do this apartment justice. It has top of the line appliances, exceptional beauty products and is fully stocked. After traveling from Amsterdam and Venice, we were so happy to have use of the washer and dryer. This loft is located in the city centre close to all the sights. The area outside is bustling with activity but seems safe and we encountered no problems. It was such a treat to return to our comfortable oasis after a long day exploring the city. Every evening, we gathered on the rooftop with a glass of wine, iced tea and desserts and enjoyed views of the Duomo/Tuscan Hillside . If you are arriving from the train station with luggage, I highly recommend taking a taxi. Centrale Mercado is a feast for your eyes and tantalizes your taste buds. A quick 2 minutes walk and everything you need for meal prep is there or you can check out the 2nd floor food court. The locals line up at Nerbone (first floor) for the most delicious sandwiches @ such a great deal for 3.50 EU. Definitely, go out and explore there so much great food all around. It is an easy walk to everything, Duomo: 7 minute walk, Academia: 5-7 minute walk, Ufizzi/Ponte Vecchio/shopping on Via Tournabuoni; 15 minutes walk. The owner Paola is wonderful to work with and her agent Monica was so helpful making dinner arrangements and getting us a taxi back to the train station. We are foodies and we had the most amazing Florentine Steak @ Parione. It is not touristy but filled with locals and the staff spoke great English. Another great recommendation was to have lunch at Trattoria Cibreo. All the lunch meals are sent from the fancy celebrated Cibreo directly across the street. The owner, Giulio personally served us and treated us like friends rather than guests. Also, they are located around the corner from our favorite gelato, Vivoli. Other gelato we tried and loved: Perche No, Carraia, Dei Neri and Grom. One note: remember it is a loft and everything is open and lacks bathroom privacy. The next time we return to Firenze, we would love to stay here again!

Lovely but no privacy

We really enjoyed our time here, the flat is beautifully decorated and good amount of space. It is close to the train station so we were able to walk with our luggage pretty easily. However, there is no privacy in the flat since there are no doors. There are sliding doors on the bathrooms, but the bathrooms overlook each other so you can see in the downstairs bathroom from the upstairs bathroom. And even though it says there are 2 bathrooms, one of them is very small with only a bathtub. So there is only one shower in the whole flat. Not a problem if you like baths though! And the two bedrooms are connected with no door, so you have to walk through one of the rooms to get to the other which is a little inconvenient. Would be good for families! But as two couples traveling together, it was hard to find privacy. But the flat is beautiful and overall I would recommend this rental! Paola is very responsive and made it easy to access.

A jewel inside of Florence.

We stayed here for two weeks in the fall of 2016. The apartment is marvelous and the owner, Paola is terrific. The unit is two seconds from Mercato Centrale and an 8 minute walk from the Duomo so really well located (it's on a lively street so you hear the street noises which wasn't an issue for us). It has an industrial contemporary look and is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked so if you plan to cook you won't have any issue. Note that it is up two large sets of stairs (again not an issue for us) and there are more stairs inside as it is a two story unit. Furnishings are modern and beautiful and well maintained. The owner Paola was wonderful, answering every question no matter the time of day and providing many great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We even met her for dinner and throughly enjoyed the evening with her. We had a marvelousos stay and have booked for a second visit. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Un appartement merveilleux

L'appartement de Paola se trouve à un endroit très central à Florence, ce qui permet au visiteur de se plonger entièrement dans la vie quotidienne des Florentins. A part cela, il procure aussi le privilège de séjourner dans un environnement d'un style contemporain très raffiné. Tout l'appartement fait preuve d'un goût d'architecture et de design recherché, mais en même temps aussi d'une douceur de vivre. Nous y avons logé en automne quand il pleuvait, mais la terrasse avec vue sur les toits de Florence est sans aucun doute par beaux jours la cerise sur le gâteau... L'appartement est merveilleux pour deux couples ou quatre personnes qui n'ont pas d'objection à l'absence de portes dans les chambres. La structure très ouverte (du haut en bas) de l'appartement ouvre des perspectives merveilleux, aussi bien à l'intérieur que sur le quartier environnant. La lumière entre de partout dans l'appartement, ce qui est merveilleux, mais nécessitera peut-être d'autres personnes à apporter des loups pour s'assurer d'un sommeil reposant. Paola même est une hôte très attentive et disponible. Nous la remercions de tout coeur pour ce séjour merveilleux.
