Charming Loft Near the Duomo Cathedral

Space
Nestled within a historic Florentine palace, this exquisite apartment is just a few meters from Piazza del Duomo. The furnishings showcase a unique personal style and meticulous attention to detail. Located on the second floor with elevator access, this recently refurbished and bright loft offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm.

The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, a double-sized sofa bed, and a dining table with seating for four. On the lower level, you'll find a comfortable double bedroom complete with a desk and flatscreen television, as well as a full bathroom. The contemporary, stylish furniture adds to the apartment's inviting atmosphere.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and the apartment offers free Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer machine for your convenience. Additionally, there is a grocery shop just opposite the building, making it easy to pick up any essentials during your stay.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Great location - easy access. Exactly as described! Clean - elevator access. Had to wait a few minutes to check in. Couldn’t figure out air conditioner but fans kept us cool (even on 80 degrees day) Will stay there again.

The apartment needs a serious overhaul. Things were falling apart and did not work properly. Location was great! Convenient to many sites to see.

Close to the Duomo but....

The best thing about this property is the location. Half a block from the Duomo and right across the street from a general store for any needs. Our greeter, Melanie, was lovely and showed us in. That being said: no microwave, suggestions on how to use stove would be helpful (thank you You Tube), no where to hang towels from shower, one more kitchen towel would be nice, second bed not made up after saying it would be, walls very thin, needs updating and refreshing, no control for heat or AC, no atmosphere/has industrial feel. +'s--- location, elevator, umbrellas, water heats up quickly in shower. Lastly, after Sweet Stay got our down payment I heard nothing back from them after sending 3 emails with inquiries. Great location, but it was sort of like camping!

Asked manager if we could check in at 12 he said yes. Should up with wrong key - did not come back for 2 1/2 hours. Washing machine broke. Make 4 calls / texts. Got now response. Had to get our soaked clothes out of machine and dry them in a laundromat for hours. Stay away!

Beautiful Place in Centro

This was just great for two people who want tot stay in centro within walking distance of everything you can see in Florence! Had some unpleasant plumbing issues when we arrived, but the property manager sent someone over very quickly to resolve it.

Great location for a stop in Florence

Central location was ideal, grocery store across the street was convenient. Communication with the property manager and greeter was very smooth. All of the important areas were clean (kitchen, bathroom, sheets) but the apartment could have used a better vacuuming and dusting. Kitchen had the essentials to cook basic meals but the cookware had seen better days. Aside from this it was a great place to sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall our stay here was great!

Nice little apartment, but noisy

This is a nice little apartment in a great location. We enjoyed it quite a lot during the day. Unfortunately, it is quite noisy at night. It is on a noisy street and there is also a lot of noise from adjacent apartments. Not recommended for light sleepers.

Petit appartement très bien placé !

Super petit appartement sur 2 étages à 2 pas de la cathédrale santa maria dei Fiori. Les plus : l'emplacement, la disposition, le canapé lit très confortable, le wifi, lave linge et lave vaisselle, linge et serviette fournis, supérette "carrefour market" de l'autre côté de la rue ! Propriétaire très bien organisé avec un mode "chat" en ligne pour tout problème Les points un peu moins positifs (mais cela reste super pour un sejour ou on se balade !!) : assez bruyant (la supérette à les livraisons très tôt le matin), il manquerait un grille pain, il manque un chauffage qui fonctionne dans la salle de bain et des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain. L'appartement est au 2ieme étage et un peu sombre. Merci à l'équipe de sweetstay et à Tessa et Daniela pour leur accueil.

Excellent location for a tourist

It is clean, safe, and extremely well located. No cleaning is included, and garbage handling is not really convenient. Easy to get to by walking from train station (15 min), just know that it is fairly spartan: no toilet paper, one set of sheets (none for futon sofa bed), air conditioning is good for downstairs (bedroom and bath), cooking is impractical for all but smallest needs (reheating leftovers, cereal, etc.), and important to know that it is in a car-restricted area (learn about that); but communication with our agent was quite good. She provided excellent recommendations.
