807,29 sq. feet. The apartment has been recently renovated. Perfectly located in the historic centre of town, walking distance to all main sites of Florence (Santa Croce, Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and more). It can host up to six people. Two large bedrooms (double or separate beds), two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), a living room with a sofa queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Very confortable, full of light and spacious.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning and WI FI in all rooms.
You can ask for a cot and high chair for your baby. It's on the third floor (38 steps), no lift.
If you arrive by car, I suggest you to book a garage in advance because we are in a restricted traffic area. Otherwise you won't have access to Via Pepi. I can book a garage for you, we have a discounted rate at garage Fiesolana or Garage Verdi.
If you arrive by bus the stop is on Via Ghibellina, very close.

Check out before 10AM
Check in between 7:30Pm and 9:00PM extra €20, between 9PM and Midnight €30. Check in after Midnight € 50 (not always possible)

You are kindly requested to leave the apartment as clean as possible, wash the dishes and throw away the garbage. Please, take care of it as if it's own own place. Pay attention to energy and water saving not leaving lights and air conditioning on when you are out. In Italy are very expensive.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, and Daniela was wonderfully responsive and easy to work with. We were warmly welcomed by Lavonia, who stayed in touch with us throughout our trip to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was immaculate—clean, cozy, and very quaint—with comfortable beds that made for a great stay. The location couldn’t have been better. Just at the corner is a fantastic little café serving delicious scones, espresso, cappuccino, and café lattes at very reasonable prices. The neighborhood was friendly and inviting, and only a short walk away is the beautiful Santa Croce Basilica, where you can see the tombs of Galileo, Machiavelli, and Michelangelo—truly breathtaking. Behind the basilica, you’ll also find the historic School of Leather. The square at the end of the street had everything we could want: charming restaurants, gelato shops, unique little stores for souvenirs, and even water fountains. The area was lively during the day but quiet at night, perfect for both exploring and resting. Everything was walkable and close by, making it such a convenient and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Daniela, for a phenomenal experience!

Great apartment right in the middle of everything

Have to say, its more like arriving at a hotel than an apartment, Nico who greeted us was very professional and walked us through the apartment, how everything worked, including how to contact him and even where the best supermarkets are. The devil is in the details as the phrase goes, and the details were certainly taken care of, down to umbrellas in the entry hall should it rain. The apartment really is fantastic, great views, high ceilings very well decorated and modern appliances and a/c. Be warned, there are stairs - but there are always stairs in Florence! Location is amazing, literally 2 minutes walk (at the end of the street) is the Piazza di Santa Croce and the Basilica di Santa Croce - from there you can easily walk to any of the famous locations in Florence, restaurants are near by . . . all in all, the perfect place to stay & would definitely recommend and come back to

Very comfortable and well located!

We accommodated some days in this apartment (2 adults and 2 children) and our experience was great. Very comfortable and well equipped, better than the webpage shows, it has all you need. Well located, you can go on foot to the most typical places of Firenze and feel the atmosphere of Santa Croce’s quarter, a very quiet place and out of the noisiest tourist areas. Daniela and Ruben were always very attentive with us offering all we needed. Yes, recommended!

Great location in Florence

We enjoyed the apartment immensely. Plenty of room for us and our son ( & wife). When we opened the windows, it was quite refreshingly airy. Location is the best, just steps to Piazza di Santa Croce. This made navigating the city and back easy as we just had to find the piazza and were back to the apartment. Thank you allowing us to stay at your place. Geralyn & Michael

Florence in September

This home would have received 5 stars except for the following: - The Keesy app required was cumbersome - For 4 adults, a couple of extra living rooms seats would be more comfortable. There was one couch only. Perhaps a loveseat or a couple of Ikea lounge chairs? Also, a coffee table in front of the couch would have been convenient. - The washer and dryer...Well, the washer worked but it was super tiny, we could fit maybe 4 articles at a time, and the dryer didn't dry our clothes at all. - The one bathroom is very small with no counter/storage space. - We had no A/C the first night but this was remedied the next morning - The two full flights of stairs were not easy with luggage The items mentioned above are minor and just for information. The apartment is lovely and we had perfect communication with Danielle and Ruben, and a great time in Florence!

Perfect Location

A wonderful apartment for myself and my friends. Centrally located and a close walk to all the major sites, however just outside of the hustle and bustle of the more popular areas. Daniela and her associate Rubin left no question unanswered and made the process as easy as possible.

Excellent location near great food

We had a great stay! The location is on a quiet street well in walking distance to all the sites. The space was large for our family of 4 and the beds were fantastic. There is a fantastic place for breakfast about 100 feet from the entrance of the apartment. When you exit turn towards the Santa Croce Piazza and it’s right on the corner. Amazing pastries and coffee. Checking in was a breeze and the kitchen was fully stocked. We really enjoyed the stay. And the air conditioning worked :)

The property fit all our needs for a family of 4. Great location near Santa Croce church. Well appointed apartment. We did not make any dinners but there was plenty of cooking essentials. A grocery was close by. Nice neighborhood. Great communication with Daniela and Chiara. Highly recommend

Don't be concerned about the stairwell, once you get in the apartment it is very modern and spacious but with lots of old world charm! Easy walking to river, train station, attractions, restaurants and shopping.

The apartment had everything we needed and they met us with a map and contact Info if we needed help. We loved having our coffee In th kitchen each morning with the kitchen window open. The beds and baths were very comfortable and we were able to do some laundry. Thank you Daniela!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, tout était parfait Tout d'abord l'emplacement dans une rue très calme ,si proche de la piazza Santa Croce et de tous les lieux à visiter. L'appartement lui-même est grand , très bien conçu, clair et aménagé comme dans la description, rien ne manque, même pas les gentilles attentions que sont le café, le thé etc.......... Sans aucun doute c'est une adresse à retenir et à conseiller

Excellent Location

Loved this place. The apartment was clean, the air conditioners worked great (which was very necessary in July), and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The location right off of Piazza Santa Croce was perfect. Great restaurants near by and easily walkable to the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries. Daniela was great, very helpful. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Firenze! Our apartment was clean and very spacious and in a perfect location! We had a great communication with Daniela, the owner, since the time of booking. Denis was very nice and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer! We defínetely recommend it!!

A quelques pas du Bus C2 depuis la gare, l'accueil et la visite des lieux nous a enthousiasmés. Le logement propre, parfaitement équipé, comporte des bases de cuisine bienvenues. Nous le recommandons pour qui souhaite visiter à pieds les richesses de cette ville. Le repas à " CUCINA TORCICODA" reste une bonne adresse.

This apartment was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Very close to Santa Croce, easy walk to Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vechio. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. Bedrooms were comfortable, and two bathrooms was wonderful. Markets were nearby, along with many places to eat. The apartment was very nice, but the entrance is very plain. Hosts were very kind and welcoming, gladly helped with arranging taxis for transportation to the train station. Pleasant stay.

Estupendo apartamento

Apartamento perfectamente situado junto a Santa Croce (50 metros) pero en una calle muy tranquila, tiene un gran supermercado y una zona de bares y restaurantes muy cerca. Los monumentos y lugares a visitar en Florencia están a un máximo de 15 minutos a pie (la estación del tren de Santa María Novella queda a 20 minutos andando). El apartamento es mejor de lo que la publicidad muestra: totalmente renovado, cocina enorme bien equipada, dos grandes habitaciones con sus baños, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, y decorado con gusto. El trato del propietario muy profesional. Una pequeña pega para personas con problemas de movilidad sería que es un segundo piso sin ascensor y las escaleras son muy pronunciadas. En definitiva una muy buena elección para pasar unos fantásticos días en una preciosa ciudad.

This apartment has been carefully renovated. The bedrooms are large, and the two bathrooms have heated towel racks and modern lighting. The kitchen for me was the best room in the house, full of light, spacious and very well equipped. There are a couple of downsides: there is no place except the kitchen table to work, or use the computer. The bedrooms have small tables, but not big enough to accommodate a notebook and dictionary. The other downside is the Santa croce area. It has become the place for young students to find housing, and the noise of their partying goes on every weekend till three or four a.m., often in the building and invariably in the surrounding streets. So if you are a light sleeper it is difficult to get rest. The building does not have an elevator and this apartment is on the second (European) floor, which means the third American floor. There are about 38 steps, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the best choice. There is a good supermarket 5 minutes away, and an open air market about 12 minutes away, open from 7 a.,m. to 2 p.m., with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The central piazza of Florence is a 15 minute walk away. I can't say enough good things about the landlady, Daniela. She is extremely helpful, takes care of problems immediately, and responded quickly to all my emails when we were discussing my tenancy. The apartment comes with washing machine, ironing board, a drying rack (no dryer), dishwasher, and a TV for each bedroom.
