"Pear Tree Farm was absolute magic! The house was whimsical and beautifully furnished. Every room was a treasure trove to discover for my 4 young children. I had the sense that children were very much thoughtfully considered when opening up their home which, as a home-school mom, made our stay that much more enjoyable. And I won't give away any secrets so as to keep it fun for future guests, but there were a few intentional surprises for kids that had our children squealing with...

"Worked ok for us, we stayed 2 nights. Communication was not very good, I had sent 2 texts one asking how to get in because we would be arriving very late. No response, I sent the 3rd text kinda scared we had been cheated and wouldn't have a place to stay and they finally responded. Carpet needed cleaned in the bedrooms desperately. I was the only one who got a cold shower because I couldn't figure out the handle on the shower lol"

"Our team played in a state Tennis Tournament at FTC. We had 5 guys that needed a place to stay for three nights. This house was fantastic. Plenty of room, minutes from the downtown and the courts. We only cooked breakfast, but would have been nice to try out one of the grill options. The pool table was nice way to relax at the end of the day. The host was very responsive. Anna the Cat was a big hit! We enjoyed the stay."

"House needs a little TLC but worked for our visit. Close to downtown Conway. Property Management company was very responsive including answering a text after 9 pm on night we checked in. they also volunteered to send cleaning crew back when my son thought he forgot something with a lot of sentimental value. Luckily, we found it before they had to send crew out."

"My husband, kids, and two dogs stayed here and it felt like home. I grew up living out in the woods so this was perfect for me! Our dogs and kids loved the property, we took time to walk around and enjoy the nature. The natural sunlight from the large windows was amazing as well! I loved waking up and looking out across the yard. The simplicity of the house layout was very relaxing and our kids enjoyed the open and colorful space as well, i think their favorite part was the huge chalkboard...

It was comfortable and very well decorated and very well put together for the comfort of all who desires a home filled environment. The character of this home was superb! "The home is in desperate need of a few cosmetic repairs inside and out. The property is beautiful and the area is gorgeous for nice walks. There are many exterior doors in each of the bedrooms and it appears the doors do not lock from the inside but they are locked on the outside, these definitely need to be repaired. There are many rooms where wires are just hanging out of the wall and floor, they do not appear to be live, but it looks awful and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Many of the...
