***Home is a condo, but the layout is more of a studio, there is a 8 foot privacy wall separating the main living space to the bedroom. The bedrooms does have an entrance with a door.***

***Home does NOT have central A/C but does have a window AC unit** home also has central heating for winter months***

***Club Amenities are available to guests but the HOA does require an extra fee for usage. Please inquire before booking***

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*There will be a refundable security deposit placed on your card three days prior to your stay. The security deposit will automatically be released after your stay upon inspection of the property.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.
