"The studio was even better than pictured and super clean. Parking is easy as each studio gets its own spot or two. The retreat is completely quiet so it’s very serene in the early morning and at night if you fancy stargazing. The breakfast provisions were much appreciated. Highly recommend for solo travellers, couples or groups as there are studios that are clustered together!"

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful historic hotel. The staff are the greatest asset, and provide genuine, heartfelt excellent service in everything they do. The team that looks after the rooms is also exceptional. Having seen some other people’s reviews, I think you need to bear in mind that this is a building which is more than 100 years old, and it has been updated to a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable "

"On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful. "You get the entire detached house next to the winery all to yourself. It may show a bit of age in places, but honestly, it feels almost too luxurious for the price. The house comes with four beds, a dining area, kitchen, living room, a saltwater pool, and even a billiards table. The pool cues are pretty worn out and not perfectly straight—but that just adds to the charm (lol). If you’re serious about playing billiards all night, you might want to bring your own cue… if such a traveler even...
