"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Small room but didn’t feel cramped because of the high ceilings. There was some street noise since my room was facing a busy street which did not bother me at all, but may bother others. Great lobby cafe and beautiful rooftop bar. Cute neighborhood as well."

"My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book."

"Stayed only for the weekend while we were in town for a dance competition. Hotel staff was great and were able to check us in early around around noon. Room was clean and very spacious, no complaints. The only thing was we were told breakfast was included and opened at 6 but it didn't open until 7 (had little kids that needed to eat before dancing) and I was charged almost $15."

"Check in staff was rude , not helpful and breakfast lady was so rude . She lacked cleanliness. Was using bare hands to push garbage down and then would pick and clean things without cleaning washing hands . Was only putting couple bagels at a time . Not helpful at all "
