Casa Sant' Elia is a luxurious private villa located among the rolling hills of the province of Ancona, in the beautiful town of Filottrano
A historic farmhouse, dating back to the early twentieth century, carefully and delicately renovated and transformed into an elegant and comfortable residence.
The use of materials such as the antique Trani stone on the ground floor, the ancient marble recovered from an ancient monastery, the solid oak parquet in the sleeping area, the original exposed beams, the vaulted ceilings and high quality finishes and contemporary design which, combined with unique and original details, confer and release great charm. Large and elegant rooms embellished with refined furnishings, welcoming and spacious rooms, a large equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden with private swimming pool, make this property the perfect destination for family reunions or to host a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing stay on the rolling hills of the Marche. The panoramic veranda, with a beautiful view of the cultivated fields that change color depending on the season, and the typical hills of this area of ​​the Marche, serves as an ideal place for gatherings, dinners, barbecues and pizza in the comfortable wood-fired oven. In the garden stands a small and characteristic silo that offers the convenience of an outdoor bathroom with shower, near the pool. All this just 10 minutes from the delightful village of Filottrano where you will find shops and basic services. Thanks to its position, between the Adriatic Sea and the high Apennines, Casa Sant’Elia is the ideal base from which to discover the beauties of the area, from the tourist and cultural centers such as Cingoli, Jesi, Macerata, Corinaldo, Recanati, Loreto, Ancona and of course the beaches of the Adriatic Sea and the Conero Regional Natural Park.

Anwesen in der Nähe von Filottrano, Italien, war traumhaft! Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen und bot absolute Privatsphäre, von atemberaubender Natur. Wir die liebevoll eingerichteten, geräumigen Räume mit Schlafzimmern genossen – perfekt für unsere große Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, mit makelloser Pflege und herrlicher Aussicht auf die Hügel. Der grüne Rasen, zahlreiche Sitzplätze im Sonnenschein oder Schatten und ein großer, perfekt ausgestatteter Grillplatz trugen zum Wohlbefinden bei, begleitet vom Duft von Lavendel und Rosmarin. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und abgeschieden, ideal für Ausflüge in die noch unentdeckte Marken-Region. Filottrano bietet charmante Cafés und Restaurants, und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die berühmte Grotte und der Strand sind in etwa einer Stunde erreichbar. Ein großartiger Urlaub – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
