Stonebrook Manor Development is in the parish of Trelawny, and Stonebrook Cozy Corner is 35 minutes from Montego Bay Airport.

The apartment offers one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. A welcoming open-concept living room and dining area complete the modernization of the area. There is also a full kitchen in the home.

Additionally, the front porch/patio which provide views of the sea and mountains and bring in fresh air, along with the rear door are covered by a mosquito mesh.

A hot water tank and a low-pressure water pump are included.

The property also features a playground area, gym, gazebo, swimming pool, and guardhouse with round-the-clock security.
