"Lively but not noisy or overcrowded. Room was tiny but cozy. Best was the alcove with the bed by the floor to ceiling window with remotely operated shades with a view. My one improvement would be the closet. People on the short side can’t reach the rods to hang my clothes."

"2 elevators for the hotel. If you are on a mid or lower floor, by the time the elevator gets to you it will be full. We were here during Christmas and the had 2 people at the front desk but generally only 1 person was assisting with check-in. So another long wait. If you stay here, just expect to wait for things.
