Disappointed with the dirtiness throughout the unit, Definitely not worth the money and we were told at the last minute we had to wait an extra hour to check in because apparently they didn’t see the booking and had to get a cleaner in

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed there over the weekend, and the property desperately needed a deep clean. We found spiders, dust caked on eveything, all the dishes/cutlery were not very clean. No garbage bags, linen was not supplied and it was not stated on the original ad. The location is great but overall disappointed with the cleanliness. The real estate weren't overly welcoming either, just gave us the keys and that was about it.

Evans head is developing with many units being updated and looking fresh and clean, this unit needs to follow the trend. We stayed here over 4 years ago, the only thing that has been updated is the price.
