Located On The Beautiful Kings River With Your Own Private Gravel Bar

This eco-friendly two level home is located on the Kings River, just 12 miles from Eureka Springs, and perfect for canoeing, kayaking, and fishing or just relaxing and cooling off in the pristine water. This beautiful home is 3,480 sq. ft. with all the comforts of home; with a large modern kitchen complete with all the appliances and cooking amenities perfect for entertaining, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 1 master bath with dual sinks and tub. Dining room for 6 is adjacent to a living area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the scenic Kings River. Sleeps 11

The upper level hosts the Master bedroom which has a king size bed and private bath with tub, and access leading out to the spacious deck; and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 additional full bathroom. The lower level contains a large recreational living area with ping pong table, poker table, bar, small café table, microwave, coffee pot, and mini refrigerator. 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with a full and twin size bunk bed share 1 full bathroom.

Close proximity to Hwy 221 with easy access to home and river. Located on the “Trigger Gap” area of the Kings River.

Located 12 miles from Eureka Springs and less than 1 mile to Kings River Outfitters to rent all your canoeing and floating gear for the river.

Our Kings River home does have 200 yards of dirt road at the entrance of the property. We have had many motorcycles at this property and do provide a large storage shed for protection but we do want our guests to be aware of this prior to making a reservation.

There is no cellular reception in a 10-15 mile radius of the home. We do have a cellular repeater installed in the home but we can not guarantee its efficiency due to your cellular provider, where you are in the home, cloud coverage, etc. We have provided a land line with unlimited long distance and WIFI for your convenience.

Parties & Events: We do not allow parties or other special events at our vacation rental. The minimum fee is $500 for any unauthorized event that we find out about after the fact. We reserve the right to deny occupancy to any group who has an unauthorized party or event at the rental home. There will be no refund of rent or other taxes and fees for unauthorized events.

This is our second year staying at this amazing property! We had a wonderful time sitting by the river, enjoying nature and family. It’s very secluded and spacious. We had a party of 10 and had plenty of room to spread out. The fire pit and hot tub are wonderful! Planning to go back next year! Love this place! Kelly was wonderful and easy to reach out to. Great experience!

Booked this for our annual "Friendsgiving" vacation, and it did not disappoint! We had four couples (all 50 +) at the home and there was more than enough room for everyone. Not just the bedrooms, which were all spacious with comfortable beds, but both the common rooms had plenty of space for lounging, gaming, eating, etc.. The downstairs gaming / common room has great reclining sofas to sit around and watch the TV if that's your thing, and there is also a ping-pong table inside and hot tub outside. There is also a LP gas grill outside that worked great. The property is fantastic as well, with the river running behind the house, wildlife passing through each morning and evening, and a full length deck on the upper floor with a covered outside dining area. And did I say secluded? I can pretty much guarantee you won't see or hear anybody else except the guests staying at the house. These tips are not negatives, but just a few things to consider: 1. There is a spiral staircase between floors that may be difficult for some, but there is still access using the stairs on the deck, or you could simply walk down the side of the house to bypass stairs all together. None of us had any issues. 2. The rising sun hits the upstairs common area pretty hard, making it a bit uncomfortable for a few hours so just be prepared for that. Easy enough to move downstairs during that time, so not an issue for any of us. We would definitely recommend this property 100% !!!

Perfect getaway!!! If you crave peace and quiet with a side of wildlife this is the place for you. Having your own personal space with no interruptions except the squirrels, armadillo, rabbits, deer, along with private gravel bar PRICELESS!!!! oh and the house is nice too :)

Amazing place! Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The proximity to the river was excellent and we had so much catching fish. We really enjoyed the home and how comfortable it was. My mother especially liked the bedding, also with her having a handicap the house was very easy to maneuver. Everything we needed was provided for and the host was easy to get in touch with. That was not necessary though because all the things we needed were taken care of before we even walked in the door. Great views and only 10 miles to food and shopping in eureka springs! 10 out 10 would recommend! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Enjoyed the living areas both upstairs and down. They are well cared for and clean. The swimming holes and rock beaches along the Kings River are great for all ages. We spent hours swimming, fishing and exploring the banks. Be careful with the rope swing, many submerged rocks to be aware of! The pictures don’t show the elevation change from house to yard and down to river. If you have limited mobility this may not be the spot for you. The deck, patio and hot tub were overall neglected but in safe condition for use. This was the only negative we noted within the listing to mention. However we did love it and will consider returning!

This is our second year booking this property and we look forward to booking it again in the future. The house is always very clean and is also very spacious. We had plenty of room to play, eat, and relax. This house has everything you need which makes packing so much easier. We highly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to anyone looking for something right on the creek.

Excellent rental. Really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. Loved playing ping pong. Would highly recommend. Can accommodate large groups with lots of individual privacy. Will be back soon!

The home was great for our sibling reunion. We are all over 60 and there was plenty of space to sit together, relax and chat. Spring was beautiful along the roadway and river which we all loved. We did get a bit tired of the longer drive on curvy roads to get anywhere.

Nice property, well-maintained. The only problem was finding it, the number to the place is on a mailbox at the street side, and the street is not well-marked, and I lost cell signal for directions. But it’s a nice property and in a secluded spot near a creek bed. It was fine. Had a motorcycle trip there with friends, rooms were great. There’s a gate entrance to gravel/dirt road to the house so it’s very secluded in the woods.
