"The cottage is very cozy and very clean and easy to find. The location was isolated enough that you couldn't hear the traffic but close enough to the highway to make access easy. "The property was like an unassuming hidden gem! Small RV and cabin area, but very safe and friendly. The cabin had everything we needed for 5 of us, well appointed and nicely furnished. We had stocked up for groceries in Crescent City, driving south, which was just as well, as Orick has very little. We spent a lovely day walking through the Redwoods, then a lovely meal with some californian wine at the cabin."

"It was a nice quiet place and very clean ! Only downside was we got the place for the hot tub and was told the day of that we were not going to be able to use hot tub our first night because they people before us thrashed it and had to be emptied! The next morning we checked it and it was finally ready but still had sand in bottom of it. We still got in last night and it was very relaxing! Definitely would highly recommend for a quiet get away! The cards and games were a plus! Since no hot tub...
