Watch the fish jump, ducks land or otters play in the Winchuck River at the back edge of the property from the comfort of the upper deck hot tub. You‘ll have 7 seat options to choose from. Patio lights and colored tub fountains give ambiance for a romantic evening in this private setting.
If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love our newly remodeled kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (the stainless fridge is on its way). Bring your food, this kitchen is ready to go. Enjoy the views from the deck while grilling on the BBQ or dining outdoors.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 in two rooms. One room has a queen and mirrored closet. The other has a queen and a wall of 4 twins. Each bedside lamp and twin cubby have their own usb and outlet so you won't miss out on taking photos of memories. The bathroom has a shower. You'll find bath and outdoor towels for your adventures in the river.

The ground floor is not used. The entire space is on the upper floor or outdoors. None of the space is shared.

You’ll have the run of the property. From the patio seating, front porch rockers and side yards to the upper deck with hot tub and BBQ, down to the Winchuck river’s edge.
