"Beautiful property, excellent service, everyone we engaged with were professional yet friendly and personable. Everything was clean yet updated and modern. Amazing amenities. My only critique is related to dining. The two dinner options were a bit too fussy. Simpler menu options would be very welcomed. And obviously the dining prices from breakfast to dinner were $$$$ but aside from that it was an amazing resort that our family loved. "

"Loved this place! It was very clean, and the staff was super pleasant and welcoming. The only minor issue was the hot water, but it was resolved quickly. I’ll definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to others"

"The property itself is absolutely charming! Staff is welcoming & hospitable. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the area itself. There’s night life and great views alongside restaurants and plenty to do. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are kept clean! A/C was great overall very satisfied. "

"The resort is beautiful and it’s huge so if you’re not here long, it may be hard to discover everything there is to do on the resort. The prices for the food are a bit pricey but worth it. I lost my sunglasses in the ocean and so did another patron, but the beach is really pretty and private. I highly recommend getting a rental car and exploring other parts of the island outside of the resort. I want to give a special thank you to: Scott Robinson, Jacob, and Yariel for being so helpful and kind....

"Hotel is in the airport, this was a great option for our first night since our flight got to San Juan after midnight. We didn’t have to take an uber or rent a car that first night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had a restful sleep (didn’t even hear the airplanes) and breakfast was included. "

"The hotel is wonderful. Every morning I was able to come outside and watch the sunrise while enjoying my morning coffee. The hotel is super clean and the staff were very pleasant whenever we interacted with them. The manager reached out also ensuring we were having a great stay. Me and my kids were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner and were mesmerized by the beach view. We would definitely come back on our next trip."

"I really enjoyed my time at this hotel in Luquillo. The place is beautiful and extremely clean — they do a great job keeping everything spotless. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy. The staff, although few, were very attentive and welcoming. There are just a couple of things that could be improved. It would be nice if they provided coffee in the rooms since they already include a coffee pot and cups. Also, the continental breakfast could use a bit of an...

"Village Inn was a nice surprise in what felt like middle of a mountain. Only a short drive from airport but located in very lush area, serenaded by coquis all evening. We had hiked El Yunque and other places and the amount of coquis seemed barely audible compared to this hotel. Room was very clean and nicely cared for. Fridge and microwave were brand new. Bathroom was also clean with ample amount of towels. Beds had clean likeness and were very comfortable. Pool area looked like a perfect spot...

"There was a great coffee shop, fine dining and snack food options available. The lobby was beautiful and inviting to have drinks and hang out. Being right at the ocean with chairs and umbrellas available made it a perfect beach day! Who doesn’t love 24 hour pool access! We enjoyed our stay!"
