Step into Deer Mountain 28B, a cozy one bedroom/2 bathrooms condo (sleeps up to 4 people) with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the surrounding mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of the intimate gas fireplaces.

From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck and enter into the open living area which includes a leather Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and flat screen TV.

The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals.

A short trip down the hall takes you to the first bathroom with full-size shower. Step back into the hall and discover the master bedroom with private bath. This master suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, fireplace and private full bath with a jetted bathtub and shower combo.

At the end of the day, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere on your deck while taking in the brilliant night skies.

Deer Mountain 28B will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

Things to be aware of:

A lot of outside stairs up to this condo.

No washer/dryer. No oven, stovetop only.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.

Quiet Time 9 p.m.

Guest buys own soaps / paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.

The community pool, hot tub, fire pit are open / closed (seasonal) / maintained at discretion of the condo HOA.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.

Bears in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. SkyRun is not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Mary’s Lake Condominiums.


The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA.

These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums, NOT by SkyRun. SkyRun guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Pros - Nice and Clean Cons - not much storage, decor was nice but took up space that was needed for storage (counter tops, shelves etc.) Couch needs replaced, uncomfortable to sit on due to long past it's prime.

Nice quiet home base

Our unit was in a good location for venturing around the Estes Park area and hiking. It is in a quiet area and was very clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the couch. It was not comfortable to sit on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Just a few minutes from town. Very comfortable accommodations. Two full baths were a great detail for us. Nice kitchen space with all required amenities. Very comfortable bed! Would stay here again. So much to see and do in the area.

Anniversary Trip

Great stay! Property was SUPER clean. Great amount of space for 2 adults. Only downside is I think it would be a bit crammed if 4 people were to stay there. Great location near town and Rocky Mountain National Park, though the area around the condo was very quiet and felt secluded- the perfect balance! We mostly went out to eat, but the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we would have needed to cook. Overall great stay and would stay here again if we came back to Estes.

The Condo

Nice place for a couple to stay

Loved the location of this condo…. So near town and Rocky Mountain National Park but quiet with amazing views. It is a small place with an efficiency kitchen - if you want to cook or grill, this is not the place for you.

Good, could be great

Clean, cute condo for a couples getaway planned while teens attended camp. Able to access downtown and RMNP easily. Quiet, private. Kitchen was well stocked. GPS to condo was inaccurate and after driving around for 30 min, finally called the after hours number. The lady was very cordial, helpful and not at all surprised by our confusion. I later helped 3 others find their place on the property. Mattress, meh. Sofa bed 👎. Both need replaced, as well as the carpet which was damp and musty. The location of the pool doesn’t lend itself to easy access so we didn’t use it but some neighbors did. Aside from this, we would stay on the properties, again and look forward to returning.
